Life at Beaumont Manor Care Home

We at Beaumont Manor strive to improve our residents’ overall well-being, by getting to know our residents so that we can learn their likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses in order to establish a personal care plan suitable for their needs.

Our residential care home in Clacton-On-Sea features excellent facilities for residents to use at no additional cost. Our on-site facilities include private gardens, dining rooms, a cinema room, arts & crafts and a hair salon & spa. Our facilities have been created with the intention of supporting our residents’ hobbies and interests.

Our Activities Coordinators love nothing more than supplying exciting activities and social outings in our weekly activities programme. By participating in our activities programme, residents can experience new things and acquire new skills and/or interests.

Some of the activities residents have experienced in the past include bingo, book club, quizzes, choir, knit and natter, and film afternoons. We encourage all residents to join in with the activities on offer but residents can of course decline if something else appeals to them; we support them in their endeavours. We also take suggestions on board for new activities to cater to as many interests as possible.

Our staff have been trained to the highest degree and therefore able to work with different types of conditions such as long-term health conditions, learning disabilities and high dependency needs.

Residential Care is most appropriate for those who are seeking companionship and who no longer want to live alone and look after a household. It can also be a good option for those who need a little assistance here and there with tasks that become more difficult as we get older.

With residential care, all mealtimes and housekeeping duties will be taken care of by our fantastic team. Experience first-class cuisine with a varied choice of food options, relax amongst beautifully decorated rooms and spend your days doing the things you enjoy most courtesy of our all-inclusive facilities and services.

We Are Here For You

Finding a care home on behalf of a loved one can be an overwhelming procedure. It can be difficult to determine which type of care is suitable for someone’s needs. We want to make it a smooth process for everyone involved, that’s why we learn the needs and interests of an individual to create a personalised care plan. Whether it’s residential care or nursing home someone requires, we can advise on the most suitable care that’s needed so that everyone has a clearer understanding going forward.

Our home is regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which is an independent regulator of the health and social care services in England. This ensures that care homes are of a high standard and improvements can be put in place if necessary following an inspection.
