Arts & Crafts

Participating in group activities during your stay at Beaumont Manor Care Home is a fantastic way to meet new people while also learning new skills, especially when joining in on one of our fun Arts & Crafts activities. There’s always something fresh and exciting for our residents to try their creative skills at, from painting to drawing and flower arranging.

It’s not all about the end result when it comes to being creative. It’s terrific if you manage to make a masterpiece at the end of one of our Arts & Crafts workshops but it’s the taking part that counts. Being creative has a plethora of fantastic mental and physical benefits for our residents at Beaumont Manor Care Home. So, whatever you wind up making, you’ll almost certainly have fun while doing it.

Craft Sessions for Everyone

The thing we enjoy most about being inventive at Beaumont Manor Care Home is that there is no right or wrong way. It’s not about following rules or getting everything perfect when it comes to being creative. It’s all about doing what comes naturally and being willing to make mistakes. It’s all in the perspective, and if you’re having a good time making something and don’t mind getting a little messy with glitter and PVA glue, we’d say you’ve excelled. To top it all off, Arts & Crafts enables residents to meet and get to know fellow residents they may not have had the opportunity to meet otherwise.
