Visitors arriving by train at Frinton-on-Sea station can take a short taxi ride or walk to Great Holland. Head inland from the station, following signs toward Kirby Road, Great Holland. The walk may take about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on pace, but taxis are available for a more comfortable arrival.

If you are in Frinton town centre or on the Esplanade, proceed inland via Connaught Avenue or similar main access roads toward Great Holland. Follow road signs for Kirby Road. The route is straightforward and familiar to local drivers and should take only a few minutes by car.

Visitors travelling from further afield – for example, from Colchester or Ipswich – should take major roads toward Frinton-on-Sea (via the A12 / A120 corridor). Once in the vicinity of Frinton, follow signage into the town and onto Kirby Road, Great Holland. The drive from Ipswich is approximately 40 minutes by road under normal conditions.
