A Wonderful Animal Visit at Beaumont Manor Care Home

Residents at Beaumont Manor Care Home recently enjoyed a truly special visit as a variety of friendly animals came along to spend time in the home. The visit, kindly provided by Alpaca Acres, brought plenty of smiles, laughter and memorable moments for everyone involved.

Towards the end of February, the home welcomed a selection of animals including alpacas, goats and guinea pigs. As always, animal visits are a popular activity, offering residents the chance to interact with animals in a calm and engaging environment. From the moment they arrived, there was a real sense of excitement as residents gathered to meet their new furry visitors.

There were plenty of opportunities for hands-on interaction, with residents able to gently stroke the alpacas, feed the goats and enjoy cuddles with the guinea pigs. These simple yet meaningful moments created a relaxed and joyful atmosphere throughout the home. For many residents, the experience sparked fond memories of past pets and time spent outdoors, leading to lovely conversations and shared stories.
