Care at Beaumont Manor
At Beaumont Manor we are proud to provide the highest standard of care for all of our Residents. We work with each individual, and their family, to provide a tailored care plan which is right for them - providing as much support as is needed.
We provide Residential, Nursing and Respite Care, in addition to caring for those with Dementia. Our key services are outlined below, however we would be delighted to chat more with you in detail about your needs: please do contact us to arrange a visit.
Our Residential Care offering is best suited for residents who need a little extra help with personal care. In addition to assistance where needed, residents enjoy all meals and social aspects of life at Beaumont Manor. This offering is particularly well suited should you currently need personal care, but may require nursing care in the near future: at Beaumont Manor, we can adapt to your needs as they change.
Twenty-four hour nursing care is provided for those residents who need a little extra help. Our Home Manager Kay Farrell is supported by a large team of professional qualified nurses and care assistants, as well as being a nurse herself. Each resident is allocated a nurse who will soon become a familiar face and will answer any queries or anxieties you or your relatives may have. In the absence of your nurse, another member of staff known as a key worker will care for you so you always have a friendly face to talk to.
Our staff are fully trained and qualified to deal will aspects of dementia. Our staff treat all of our residents as individuals and tailor care around their needs. Together with family and loved ones we get to know our residents in order to create an accurate picture of their life, so that we can ensure their on-going happiness, comfort and wellbeing.
We also offer a range of activities and alternative therapies that are designed to help people with memory impairment: our specialist Activity Coordinators are able to work with those at all stages of dementia, while our open visiting hours mean that residents' families are welcome at all times.
At Beaumont Manor Care Home, we know that sometimes everyone needs a little time out. Whether you care for a loved one, or need a break yourself, you can truly relax in knowing that a safe, welcoming environment awaits.
Respite care is ideal for those looking for convalescence, either following a hospital stay or an illness. Many people also arrange a trial stay as a temporary resident to see if the home is the right choice for them as their new home. Our respite care can be worked around your life and care plan, with care provided to each specific need.
